I think my G23 needs a little friend like maybe a G27.
Get it, you'll love it
No one likes being the only child.
I'd personally just buy some a 40-9mm conversion barrel with some G17 mags and a .357 sig barrel. For less than the price of a new gun you can essentially get 2 new guns. Gotta love that kind of math! It's the whole reason I got the G23 over the G19. I actually wanted the 19, but wanted to be able to shoot other types of rounds later.
Thank you, I really like your reasoning but Im kind of a 40 S&W guy thats why I leaning towards the G27 rather than the G26.
Yep, no brainer. The G27 is a great compliment to the G23!
I was just thinking the same thing about my G23. I want something smaller then my G23 and slimmer but keep the caliber the same.
Go with the 27 it's amazing!! Carry it everyday
Go big! G35!
Just do it! maybe grab a 26 also, sort of like twins.
Yep that 23 definitely needs a little 27 to keep it company. Go get one!
Why not a Big Brother G20?
I literally just logged on to post a similar post. When I got my fid i also applied for two permits i have to wait a month between purchasing but I was looking for recommendations.
I currently have a g23 gen 4 and love it no problems 300 rounds through it so far.
What should i go with?
i think they should just start selling g23s and g27s together as a combo package at all gun stores....$950 out the door sound good to anyone else?
A bundle rate, I like it.
I adopted my 23 a brother the other day a gen4 23 fde know im just waiting for it to get here

You might want to check your math. With a conversion barrel you have ONE gun that can shoot two different calibers.
They did once, it was called the "Defense Set" and they had consecutive serial number prefixes. From the Serial Number Research Project:
Never heard about that.
