    Muskogee Ok.
Shot a Springfield Armory Champion with a 4" barrel my friend just traded for it. Had a couple issues, but over all it was a sweet shooter. Had a last round stove pipe, 1 FTF, once the slide didn't lock back after last round. I think I like the full sized best though:thumbsup:

I like the full size the best, and the commander size has well. the smaller 1911's never appealed to me much, i've shot some with the same results you had.

I have a 3.5" that is flawless in operation. You ever make it to IL and you can shoot all you want Okie, I'll provide the ammo!

    Thanks so much my friend:thumbsup:

  5. For my range time and overall fun, the 5" guns are better... for hiding in my pants, the 3" guns are better.

Done right, the stubby guns will run just fine.

  7. Most everyone does... including me, but hiding a Gov't Model and being comfortable is not a simple matter for me.

    Oh, USA
Oh yeah, full size is more fun. My LW Champion is nice, light and compact, but I think I could probably have done better with a full size gun for shooting. Need a thicker belt though.

Is it because of the fight he had with chuck norris? Really, we didnt mind, next time though we wish they would fight in chicago.
