Finaly picked up my first pistol from a local FFL dealer. He is a Glock armorer and walked me through the full break down of the gun. Talked about the parts showed the spots that had wear on them, and estimated roughly 500 rounds had been through it. I payed $375 for a 3rd gen Glock 22 with a refinished slide, 3 mags, and new night sights.

I haven't made it to the range yet, but I hope it shoots as good as it looks.

500 rounds only? It's barely broken in. Congrats!

Good deal for you, and good to know that the armorer helped out by showing you what was what. Congrats on the new Glock!

Thanks for all the replies, I am hoping to get the rest of my reloading supplies and begin loading some plinking ammo for this.
