My first AR!

    Got a deal on a Windham MRC that I couldn't pass up.
    Cleaned it, lubed it and perforated my 100 yard target with it:supergrin:

    I'm going to have fun with it.
    There are already some thing I want to do with.
    Some optics first though.
    It's amazing how much aftermarket parts there are.

    Already thinking of a upper in 6.5 or 6.8:faint:

    youll need a lower for 6.5 too

    You can use your Windham lower with a 6.8 upper.
    Congrats on the AR.......bought my 1st in 1989. They are extremely addictive!

    I had to be thinking about 6.5 creedmore,I know they need the .308 lower.My friend chris lives down the street from their new shop in alabama

    I looked into the 6.8spc for deer but never really at the 6.5 more than a few youtube videos.I knew one of the 6.5's was an ar10 style lower so when he said 6.5 I guess I diddnt think much about it
