My brother's big walleye

    He caught this on july 10th 2012 in Lake Erie in Ohio- 32 inch long-22 inch girth

    Nice!

    I caught my first Walleye last summer. He put up a good fight.

    I have been told by several people they are excellent eating. :dunno:
    I lived in Alaska for 35 years before retiring here so I am greatly biased.

    So, despite the fact he came out of Claytor Lake (polluted to high heaven) I cooked it and tried to eat it. :worried:

    :yuck: Yukk! Maybe it was all in my mind.

    Next day I found out I had eaten a citation sized fish. :rofl:

    From now on they go back in the lake. Give some other fishermen a chance to eat it.
