Multi-tasking on SmartPhones 2010

    It is interesting to note that the newest iPhone OS will support some type of multi-tasking... and the new Windows Mobile 7 has hinted about going away from multi-taking (from what I read, it really sounds similar to the iPhone, certain things will be allowed to multi-task while other things will not).

    In the case of Windows 7 mobile Microsoft says this is to prolong battery life.
    I can understand that. I guess we once again find ourselves back to the same battle we found ourselves fighting 10 years ago...

    Cell phone battery life. :faint:

    Here's to hoping new evolving battery tech will allow us to have smart phones with large bright screens that can run for days. :cheers:
