For the life of me, I can't understand why Mossberg keeps attaching rediculous items to perfectly good shotguns. The "Roadblocker" muzzle attachment was bad enough. However, they seem to be trying to surpass their prior lack of commen sense with their new 2011 Mossberg Chainsaw Model.

Is it a weedeater or is it a shotgun!

  4. Because there are a lot of people who like to attach ridiculous items to perfectly good shotguns. We see folks on this forum advocating it on a somewhat regular basis, and they will staunchly defend what they want to do and why it makes their shotgun better.

Wow, wonder if it has an Anti-Kickback Brake? Maybe they will offer it in orange and white Stihl colors? Kinda wonder how the jury would feel when viewing this shotgun as evidence on a 'justified shoot'?
