can former military members get a military discount from websites like uscavalry or gall's police supply? my room mate is a former marine with an honorable discharge from 6-7 years ago and he's not sure if he'd still be elligible for the military discount or not so we're both kinda curious now.

  2. Did you contact the companies and question them directly?

not yet, i try to avoid sales related phone calls as much as possible, and the roomy is just flat out lazy. besides, we're not on a time frame or anything, just curious really.

If your roomie was getting the military discounts while still serving, in my experience he would likely continue to do so unless he told the companies he was no longer in the military. I haven't been an LEO for almost 10 years but still get the LEO discount from some places. I am retired military so of course will always get that discount.
