About my birthday. I didn't actually need anything, but I think it's great that they think enough of me to remember.

    A little paella:

And some pastel de tres leches:

Looks like a pig is trying to free itself from some cream of some sort.

I don't care about the damn cake... I'm just surprised you've survived this long. Apparently 'survival of the fittest' really is just a cute saying after all. :whistling:

To those with a porely developed sense of self-worth. To the rest of us it looks like a strawberry sinking into a piece of cake that is soaking in three types of milk and cream.

I just realized he didn't say he actually got a Birthday Discount Code. I got a birthday card as well. He's just trying to make me feel bad I think.

Happy Birthday... how many is that anyhow? How big of a deal was it when they came out with the wheel?

    68. The wheel had been invented but I do remember fresh milk being delivered to the door by horse and cart!

Did Larry call you personally from Midway to wish you birthday greetings and apologize for gouging you on shipping?

    Yes, Larry did call.

No, I don't believe I've been gouged by Midway for shipping. At Midway, I usually find everything I need at one place. Otherwise, I'd have to make several orders from different locations, which would result in multiple shipping fees.

Of course the choice is yours for where you want to shop. I'll stay with Midway.
