These are 'bad' brass and already are at discounted prices.
That's a big F NO.
It says they are primed brass. Still seems high to me even with primers.
If they are primed, that makes it even less of an attractive "deal." You're now looking at a haz-mat fee on top of the ridiculously overpriced brass.
Who in their right mind would pay the additional haz-mat fee for brass?
There is no hazmat fee for primed brass.
