Looking for a 900 to 1100 FPS load using 125 bullets and one of the following powders Bullseye, AA2, 231.

    This is what Hodgdon says:
    125 GR. HDY XTP Winchester 231 .357" 1.590" 7.3 1335 33,800 CUP 8.5 1514 42,700 CUP

Nice and warm but if you are shooting 357 most data will want you pushing the bullets at Mag velocities. Those big cases don;'t always like to be down loaded much. I use my 38's if all I want is the 900 FPS range. I also use BE in those. I would consider looking at broadening your powder choices to Unique and 2400 to start.

THose are actually low end loads for the 357ma & W231 will work fine. For true mid range loads, look to medium burners like Unique, WSF, HS6, etc.
