    I didn't know Hi-Point made a .380.

Glad the Good guy fought back (funny how the dunce said the Pizza guy was just "delivering a pizza" and turned around and started shooting at him..lol).

Sadly, this poor guy is gonna lose his job, and in this economy, that's not an easy thing. I hope everything works out for him.

Very, very true. No way I would go to Memphis unarmed.

    True.

Pizza deliver has long been a hazardous job. It's a wonder that more drivers don't go armed.

The robber told police that he was crossing the yard when the pizza boy opened fire on him....come on, you can do better than that.

I know of a few drivers, myself included that carry. I am glad that he decided not to be a victim after what happened a few months back to another one of our drivers at a different store. I hope all goes well for him. We will see soon enough.

From the article: He told police that he was walking toward the street when the pizza guy started shooting at him.

His sister told police that her brother had asked her if she wanted some pizza because he was about to order some, according to the report. <-- BUSTED

Sorry, that's a massive fail, Gunnut.

That's not what one deserves for doing the honorable thing and working for a living. That's not what one deserves for doing the honorable thing and following your employers policy of not being armed on company business/property.

The fault lies with the scum that robbed him. Vast majority of pizza deliveries go smoothly with nothing bad happening. He tried to do the right thing and roll the dice and lost. He deserves no blame in that.

As for the guy this thread is about, good shootin!

Papa John's robber special, add extra topping of lead for FREE! If first two rounds are not delivered in a 30th of a second, get a third round for FREE!

Add Nashville, Cookeville, Crossville, Smithville, Sparta, Chattanooga ..and so on...to the list of places in Tn I wouldn't go unarmed.

I chose to move here and enjoy the good that Tn has to offer. But my God! I have never seen such rampant violence and everyday crime. Meth and pills are a pandemic here.

That's what he gets? He deserved to die because he wasn't carrying? Wow, this forum never fails to amaze me...
