Santorum is out -- Now it's time to set your own egos and political agendas aside and move on. And don't forget to throw your support behind Romney on the way out the door. To not do so, would be un-American.

Yep, time to rally round the winner (Romney) and go for Obama's cojones.

I agree it is time they step out. They have no chance at beating Obama. Romney is the only one who stands a chance of getting rid of Obummer.

Not in my top three, but better than Barry. I'm hoping Gingrich sticks it out at least through the Texas Primary. I really don't want to vote for Romney more than once.

Will the GOP send me a set of nose clips so I can have both hands free to vote?

Romney hasn't "won" anything. He's still barely halfway to the 1144 magic number and no one wants to vote for him (ahem...except fellow Mormons). Voices for conservatism should remain in the race until the convention.

Don't you still have the set from 2008? If not, definitely save the 2012 set for 2016 too.

I threw mine away in 2000 when they could not keep the bad aroma of GWB from reaching my brain. Perhaps the GOP needs to issue a Scentsy to their voters this time.

  9. Let's see Romney debate Ron Paul. Paul will school him on economics and the Constitution. Ask them both about 2a rights, and ask the Mitt about his disdain for assault rifles.

I'd love to see a H2H Romney vs Paul debate. Romney has been ducking a proposed debate in Texas before their primary. Paul, Newt, and Santo all agreed. Romney ignored it.

Hey Zell, you want to know what's un-American? Voting for a gun-grabber. Voting for the architect of Obamacare. Giving your consent, and telling him, "I'm OK that you did these things. You have my vote." That's un-American.

Romney is just another RINO like McCain was.
I believe we will get the same results with Obama serving another 4 yrs.

The only real hope is to keep control of the House and take control of the Senate.

Obama is a lock. Last time he went head to head with a RINO, he nailed him to the wall. Romney's got nothing.

How is it that Romney stands a chance and they don't?

They're all "anybody but Obama." What sets Romney apart from them, in terms of the general election?

  16. At this rate the 2016 presidential election will feature Hillary on the Democratic ticket and Chucky Schumer for the GOP. Our resident "pragmatists" will lecture us all on the importance of holding our nose and voting for Chucky.

Paul should drop out if his intention was only to win. He's not insane as many claim and realizes his chances to win are slim. He's staying in the race to put pressure on the GOP to actually be conservative.
