A while back, someone posted about a mechanical (no batteries) push-button handgun safe. It was top-opening and when the top opened, it lifted the handgun to present it for drawing.

I can't find the original post. Can anyone remember the maker of this safe or where to find it?

    Thanks!

Those Simplex locks are great. I have two safes that use this lock. A Shotlock in my hall closet

And a VLine Deskmate under the seat of my car.
