    Hello. Has anyone tried this routine? Basically, what is it all about? Any comment's would be appreciated.

    There was another thread on basically the same topic recently.

    I bought his book, and I think it's worth the $30, but don't think I'd bother with the DVDs unless I had a hard time following the pictures and text instructions. Most of the stuff is available online for free, although his program may be more refined than most.

    Furey, IMHO, falls into the same trap that a lot of fitness experts do in thinking "their" system is superior to everything else and the only correct means to the goal.

    I'm also subscribed to his mailing list and find that its pretty much just relentless marketing hype.
