Mas, do you favor the .357 SIG these days?

    Hi there.

Firstly, I'd like to send prayers to all involved and families
    in Colorado.

Then tell you that I'm somewhat new to the .357 SIG
scene but like to read and learn about it, esp. what
you have had to say so far.

Whether in Glock or M&P form, I've had good luck with both, and am hoping to build a stable of Gen 4 .357s.

Even though I named the P-01 for them.

CZ only offers a custom shop P-06 and I don't care so much
for the feel of CZ Compacts.

Do you carry a .357 SIG most of the time now?

    What loads?

Do any other well known Instructors carry the .357 SIG, and any advanced info would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    KEV

I carry the .357 SIG a good bit when I'm at home, most often a Glock 31 loaded with Speer 125 grain Gold Dot or Remington Bonded Golden Saber in the same weight. I like the long range and flat trajectory if I need a long shot on a critter on my rural property. When I'm on the road teaching, I generally use a more popular caliber so I can readily replenish ammo; .357 SIG takes a bit of shopping to get the most suitable loads.

Your needs may be much different from mine.

    best,
    Mas
