I have had my Marlin 925m .22mag for two years and has worked great. Yesterday the rifle would not fire. The problem is, when I close the bolt it dissengages....meaning, the rear of the bolt that stays open, then slams closed when you fire it, slams closed when I close the bolt, so the bolt wont stay cocked...I know I'm probably not explaining this right, I am not a gunsmith, but would really be grateful for any help in fixing this problem, I can post pics if you need them. Im guessing its a simple problem, I just cant figure it out. Thank you.
