Yeah, Canada in this case. But would it really surprise anyone if this had a NJ, IL, or CA address on it?

    Isn't the typical response:

"He has nothing to worry about if he has done nothing wrong".

Hey, wait a minute...he must be a criminal. You don't just see people shooting bad guys and monsters with guns on the TV...do you?

Sucks to be them, but they got the government they voted for. Democracy =/= freedom.

Never mind - I wrote 2 paragraphs about his potential lawsuit, before realizing this was Canada. They can probably just shoot him if they want - it's for the children.

Everybody in authority involved in this fiasco needs drawn and quartered in the town square. Including those who crafted the legislation reguarding this.

I don't care what country this happened in.

  11. First I thought it happened in England until I realized it was right across the border from us. The plague is coming closer.

That is absolutely insane......if that were to happen to me, I'd call a lawyer and there would be some serious money to pay...to spend it later on on some cool stuff :)

The story didn't say whether or not authorities had a gunsmith to ckeck the drawing to see if it was actually a functioning firearm.

Those Canucks would go berserk in Johnston County NC.

That is insane! It sounds like a story from Nazi Germany... I'd bet the Brady bunch would love to see the same thing happen here.

Hopefully, Canada will allow this guy to sue...

This is already happening in the U.S. Hell one kid got kicked out of school for biting his pizza into the shape of a gun.

I'm pretty sure if it was me when I was released I would have walked across the street, found myself a big 'ol stick, come back across the street and beat the crap out of them with it just on the principal of the thing. :steamed:

In Iran drawing a picture of a gun wouldn't get you into any trouble at all, as long as you draw it pointed at an American.

Draw a picture of a cross or Jesus, on the other hand...:whistling:

Absolutely sickening. I'd be in jail also.

My kids were handling my real guns (under my strict supervision) at very young ages. By about 5 or 6 they were pulling the trigger on real 22's with me kneeling behind them and my hands lightly around the rifle. And so on. And that's the way I was raised by my father.

But I'm afraid my grandkids or great grandkids will see that kind of foolishness started in this county one of these days. Especially if Obama appoints another supreme court judge or two.
