Hmmmm... close call. I get his point, as do most on this forum. But the anti-gun crowd, thinking we're all cold-blooded killers at heart, would obviously think something else.

I think there are better ways to make your point.

Crap like this is not helpful. He has a right to say what he wants, and the property owners have a right to boot his dumb ass off the property.

    What a moron.

    Pro Gun.

The question asked by the phrase on the shirt is: "Does a gun, in and of itself, have the power to kill?"

The answer is of course, no. A point the anti's ignore, or simply can't comprehend.

The first amendment applies to the government. Property owners have rights too.

I have no problem with him being escorted to the edge of the property at the behest of the property owners.

    Play stupid games.....

Looks like he tripped himself up.

Not a very smart fellow if you ask me. He's not helping our side of the argument.

limited information given here but - huh? He was arrested for trespass? If the mall owner asked him to leave and he argued, then fine, trespass him. But if they call the law and the law arrests him?? I think the mall will be writing a rather large check to this fellow.

Wouldn't he have had to have been caught in the act to be arrested?

Caught in the act of lying?

This is speculation, but I have to wonder if he told them someone else drove him there because he had been drinking.

He'll get his day in court I guess.

OK, so he was charged for making a false statement, maybe? That seems pretty thin to me, though.

That is how a pro gun owner might look at it.

I read it as he was talking to gun owners 'your gun' kills kindergarteners.

I think media sensationalism and selective reporting have given a lot of people a really skewed sense of how often these types of lawsuits succeed and how much the plaintiff actually gets.
