    Sure doesn't pass the initial smell test. It will be interesting to see how it plays out when all of the details come out.
     
  4. I would not carry concealed without having my permit with me. If my permit were lost, stolen or confiscated, I would not chance going out with a concealed firearm.

    Also, I do not threaten anyone with violence, even as a joke.

    Anyway, information is lacking here and if this guy is a nut case, this is his chance to cool off and not kill or harm others.

    this case plays out to me like trying to carry water in a net. It's fine as long as it's ice and solid, but it's melting, and melting fast.

    So this Mr. Hicks is black and cannot afford his bail. He'll have a public defender, no doubt.
