What a sad life one must lead when they resort to sitting in a car with binoculars, doing surveillance on people who might be shooting vermin. Privatized big brother?

Sent from the Titanic. I named my phone "The Titanic" so when I plug it into the computer it says "The Titanic is syncing".

They'd **** if they came out to our ranch! Prairie dogs, coyotes, skunks, porcupines, all fair game and are shot on sight. So much fun!

    It's pretty nice
"part of a group that feeds and seeks to protect the rodents"

Sounds like this is an empty lot in town. I am postive there would be none there if they were not being fed. Those things need space and they travel when they eat everything they've "holed up".

Probably some hippies who want to use them as an excuse not to develop the lot. The old timer should follow him with a telephoto lense and take pics of dude hitting the bong to the law.

I don't know why they've taken to charging people who kill an animal with cruelty to animals. If they beat it with a stick or set it on fire, that's animal cruelty. Shooting a pest doesn't qualify.

    Prairie dogs are plague hotels.

There are pictures all the time in The New Mexican of some goofy, new-age hippie hugging a prairie dog. Unbelievable.

When the first one gets the plague, it might put a stop to that.

A certain somebody that I know of took his Remington Viper loaded with CCI Stingers out and blasted a few of those praerie dogs at the corner of Tramway and Montgomery back in 1995...

    It's New Mexico.

    The best line-
"Although the state Infectious Disease and Epidemiology website says prairie dogs can carry fleas that infect people and other animals with bubonic plague, hantavirus is linked to deer mouse droppings"

So, since plague is no big deal, carry on hippies.

A local park near where I live is absolutely infested with them!! My 17 month old rather enjoyed trying to "chase" them into their holes...not so sure I want him doing that any more.

There are 300 million people in this country, there are probably people giving time and money to save the HIV virus from vacinations that haven't been developed yet.
