So when I check my email ( I get the message Mail Delivery Failure at my email address. I don't recognize the Sender so I just delete it without opening it or trying to open it. So whats up with the Mail Delivery Failure?

Somebody is using your addy as the from addy to send out viruses. They are hitting dead addys so the mail is bounced back to you. Just delete it and forget it. Pretty common thing now.

Today I received a delivery failure notice in my Yahoo account. It
endended up being delivered to my bulk mail.

It said that we had delivered a 26k message that was infected with
a virus. I deleated it because my wife & I had never sent a 26k

So later in the day, the same attachment appeared in our Yahoo
    inbox: BorderwareMxtremeMailFirewall.

This time it was not 26k, but was 1 k.

I'd be very cautious about opening these things.

We have had our Yahoo account since 2001, but the spam is starting to increase. Please don't open any dubious attachments that you
know that you have not sent, delete them!

Be safe folks. I ran a virus check, just to be sure that I was not infected.

It turned up negative for any careful my friends, they
    are out to get you!!!!
