I am having problems with my 14 round magazine for my M&P in .45

Seems that the spring gets "bent" to a point to where the follower wont reliably keep from jamming up.

Anyone else have this problem? I heard a rumor that S&W has been having this problem even with the 10 round magazines.

When I disassemble the magazines, the end of the spring is bent 90 degrees!

my brother in law has a sigma 9mm and the followers are getting stuck crooked and will not lock the slide open when he is out...

He called S&W and they "knew" about the issue. They said they would send him out new followers and he was happy with that resolution. Kicker was they wanted him to use his own postage money to mail the old ones back...

I called S&W and they confirmed that they had problems with some of the magazine springs and they corrected the problem by using a different spring. They are sending me replacement springs at no charge.

    Problem solved.
