I have 2 .rar files (folders) that contain MP3's but OS X doesn't have a default application for opening such a file and so I'm S.O.L. for now.

    Anyone?

Success! I just downloaded Stufflt Expander 12.1 (free) and those .rar folders opened right up! :woohoo:

Bkflyer, go to the below URL...and take your pick:

I had some problems using stuffit so I removed it from my machine and in it's place installed UnRarx which has worked PERFECTLY.

unrarX is a free, open source un-raring application.

It works great. If you have stuffit expander, it will also extract rar files. Stuffit doesn't always work as well as unrarx though.

  8. Have you used stuffit 13.0? I think it's suppose to be the latetest verison and supports a big selection.
