My wife wants an EDC Knife. She's seen how useful my Spyderco Endura is that she wants a knife of her own that she can use.

She dislikes liner and frame locks, but wants an assisted-opening knife.

I've found the SOG Twitch-II, but haven't really found any other knives that are both AO and back lock (or any other non-frame/liner lock).

If I can't find anything else, I'll go with this one, but I'd rather have some selection to make sure I'm getting the right knife for her.

    Dear THX-1138,

I must admit that I am not 100% familiar with all the individual models of all the different companies, (there are literally thousands). But I am familiar with locks and the reputations of the other knife companies. In that regard, the SOG Twitch-II is not a bad choice. SOG makes good knives and has a good reputation. The bottom line is does your wife like the knife. It has to be one she is comfortable with and will not hesitate to carry. That way she will always have it with her in case of an emergency arises.

    Best Regards,
