    Ok here's the requirements:

    Barrel no longer than 4.25"
Mag capacity of 10 or more
    Must be 45ACP not 45GA

    Any and all suggestions welcome.

Too big. I'm thinking more along the lines of a G30s or so. I'm just wondering what else is out there that can compare in size

xD 45. I almost bought one if I hadn't used up my $ in ammo.

Can be had for $500 in the secondary market.

Consider a CZ97 if you can find one. All steel gun. Very well made.

Mag capacity is at 10, should be 13 for its size in my opinion. Not a big deal though.

Barrel length is a tad more than you want at 4.8, but again give it a check.

Also comes in a decocker model with the designation "BD" explore the site.

Other obvious suggestions would be a Glock 21 or 30, a Springfield XD or XDM...lots of options there and they're great pistols, or S&W M&P. If you're willing to come down on mag capacity also look at a older Sig 220.

I have a new XDm Springfield Armory .45 ACP 3.8 and I like it a lot.

    I recommend it :)

I ordered 8 additional magazines from the mother ship Jan 19th and received them yesterday. Four 9 capacity and Four 13 round capacity with the number 2 extensions on them. There are very high quality polished stainless.

It's a great company in my view. Be sure to consider them.

Beretta PX4 with the 10-rds mag. It comes with a 9-rds flat bottom mag and 10-rds protruded bottom mag.

Oh yes, cheap as hell. You should be able to find one NIB out the door for $550 or less.

PX4 on top and Cougar at the bottom.

    M&P 45 is a great weapon 10 rounds, 4 in or 4.5 inch barrel.

Asking in GT is very biased. G21 and if possible G30, not G30S.
