  1. I tried to log in and the log in spaces were blank which sometimes happens if someone shuts off my computer by just flipping the switch instead of the correct method.Well I put in my user name and password and it claims invalid password.Three attempts later I use the lost password route.Logged in and changed my password back to what it was originally.Anyone else have this trouble today? tom.:dunno:

    Not that.
Everytime I log out and clear the cookies, I get errors on login.
    Gave up on worry.

Is this Internet Explorer? Firefox? Google Chrome?

Geek squad would probably also want to know which version of Windows you are using.

On your Firefox toolbar, it will say File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help.

    Select Tools

Under the Tools menu, select Options

Under the Options menu select the Privacy Tab

In the Privacy window, I have checked

    Remember download history
    Remember search and form history
    Accept cookies from sites
    accept third-party cookies
    Keep until they expire
    Clear history when Firefox closes

    See what yours says.

Plus . . . I run Firefox 6.0 - which has been the best performer to date for me. If you are running an earlier version, you may choose to upgrade.
