General AR-15's going for $1800 to $2800. Magpul mags are $50 and dented up mags are $45. All other high capacity mags have doubled (even 7 round 1911's). I was even told that the laws have even taken effect and all high cap mags have already been outlawed........:wow::whistling::crying::rofl:
  2. Watch the auctions at Buds. Unbelievable. I don't think the panic was near this frenzied in 2008.

Or even pre-September -94 when we KNEW it was coming.

I recall buying up a ton of Ramline 10/22 mags...the factory was cranking them out so fast that they didn't take time to even trim the flashing off the sides!

No biggie, I had a sharp knife and even sold a few for a decent profit.

I too went to a local show to check out what stuff was going for.

Beat up worn out surplus USGI mags were $25.

M855 was $600 a case. Any and all ammo was over priced.

    Almost no AR's, Ak's or Saiga's
  6. the problem is those who know little about guns are paying this ridiculous prices and allowing it to happen! but then again some gun shops will feed you any BS to make the sale. Fortunately I got real honest guys by me who have kept all prices right where they have been all year.

Well then I just keep what I have and screw the LGS if they think I'm paying a penny over the old price. I stop doing buisness with any body who price gouges.

I got one word for you - Twinkies. Remember the price gouging that was going on on ebay? Fear not, everything will settle down, because there will be a huge surplus after everyone overproduces on ARs and mags.

The "uneducated",,, lol. There was a few asking for an assault rifle, and when it was in their hands they responded "so this is it" this is an assault rifle there talking about banning,,,, guy behind the counter did all he could to not bust out laughing. One couple walked through the door and asked if there were any machine guns left for sale.
