I'm thinking of carrying my Surefire Z2 instead of my mini maglight, for a couple reasons; better light and blinding light when ***t happens. Will have to make a leather carrier instead of the kydex which is too thick. What do you carry?

I keep a Pelican Super Sabre hooked on my coat and a Surefire G2 in my pocket. The mini-mag stays in my locker for bunk room navigation.

I always keep TWO lights in my bunker gear, and keep the batteries fresh. I don't carry a bunch of extra crap, but lights are VERY important and I don't mind toting a spare.

Belt carry. I have a Streamlight for my coat. The only thing about the light holders are too thick, nylon light holders are better. After adding a multi tool, light, cell and barrier, my waist has incresed by 3 inches, lose .01 sec in getting in the bunker pants.;f

I've got a Bright Star-Koehler Div 2 Responder RA with 4 C's in the flashlight holder on the right breast of my coat. I buy fresh batteries periodically and I've never had a problem with it going dead. It's not bad for a $50 light. I also have a Browning Submersible 4 AA light in my pocket. It's basically a Streamlight Stealth with the Browning logo on it. If you look, the body is exactly the same and so are the specs. Hmmm....

We're issued the Pelcan Sabre for our bunkers and a Streamlight 4AA for our helmets - but the mounting system for these sucks so mine lives in my turnout bag;Q

We have Lightboxes on all of our rigs.

I LOVE the BIG streamlight lightboxes. Those things throw out alot of light, and are VERY durable.

I carry the pelican M6 LED model on my belt and have a Pelican M6 normal model in my bag, the LED model offers lots of time in the on position and if I lose something I pull out the normal model which has about twice the light.

Streamlight Survivor (issued by dept) with my firefighting gear. Actually keep it in the charger that I installed behind the back seat of my POV. Always charged and ready.

I carry the Streamlight Survivor attached to my bunker coat and I also carry the Pelican Super Sabre Light. Both great products in my opinion.

Carry 2 Pelican SuperSabers, 1 hanging on coat, 1 in pants pocket as a spare. I go w/ Oldstyle' theory, cant ever have too much light. Also keep a M3 in back pocket always.
