Hello and thanks for reading this, my first class 3 weapons transaction took place January 19th of this year. The dealer advised me it would take 1-2 months for the form 1 and then 3-4 for atf to actually sign off on the deal after I had it signed by a texas LEO.

I started calling the guy around april to see what the update was.
Heard from him May 24th saying he has moved office and it held up some of his transfers.
Now it's almost August and I tried to send his website an email and it was returned as a non-functioning mail address. (which is new to me)

I tried to hit him up on facebook and he hasn't answered.

The problem is that I paid in cash on Jan 19th, and I do still have the receipt but who should I contact in order to move this along? Before lawyers can I call ATF or Texas ffl board?

I'm just looking for a second opinion, thank you.

I apologize for the response delay but GT logged me out so I didn't see new topics.

I recommend calling the local ATF field office.
