    Hey brother
I was in the Kirtland in 1975 to 1977. I was there when they moved the 1550th from Hill AFB in Utah to Kirtland. Is the 1550th still there?

There is lots of competitive shooting there. Tons more up in Raton.

That alone will kill weekends and time off.

Yup. You're right in the middle of Albuquerque, tons of things to do.

Dude in my unit was at Cannon, i'll ask him if he has any recommendations about stuff to do up your way. Last time I was in Alb was '96 (transiting through, from NMMI home).

Sweet Thanks Fellahs! Only thing I hate is that I can't keep my weapons on base unless they are in the armory.. we wont even go there...

Even in base housing? Maybe rent a storage place off base & put them there. Or find a trusted friend who lives off base.

I dont trust anyone around here with my arms you know. I live in the dorms (only an E-3,) but that wouldn't matter, either way, on base period, they have to be in the armory.
