My wife and I tried some last night. It was quite good, I was surprised! Very low in sodium (180 mg per serving of 3 oz.) Ingredient list is: Beef, Salt. It is available in 14.5 oz and 24 oz. cans. We bought it in our local Meijer's supermarket.

We made some simple beef and noodles so we could see how the flavor was, and it tasted pretty much like any stew beef that could be bought fresh. If anything is was a little bland since my wife didn't add any salt or seasoning for this trial. I will definitely be adding this item to the pantry.

Edit: 5 year shelf life, btw.
