Just upgraded from Survivair to Scott...

  1. Wow... So cool.... Just went through training yesterday on it and while I have to say when I first saw it I was imtiminated but after about three hours I'm like still Wow....

    45 minute bottles, padded hip straps, voice enhancers, heads up display for O2 availbility... RIT bags with a spare bottle and a Carry With Buddy Bottle.

    I can now connect to my partner or any spare bottle laying around..

    Visibility and fit is awesome and I don't have to breath through a snorkel tube which means I can drink fluids or have a smoke with out removing my mask....:whistling:

    Head gear is pretty cool. No more fumbling with tangled straps. Web type straps mean positive fit and quicker fit to the face....

    Best time (not including all Turn Out gear) was 33 seconds to get on air...

    No air for me any more as soon as you turn 60 its a no go on entries and you get the upwind side outside, but we still have a pack nearby or wear if Haz mat condition.
