    Its in great shape and looks as though it wasn't fired much at all. I really enjoy the older Rugers. :)

    I just wish they didn't start stamping that stupid warning on the barrels so early. :sigh:

    My first handgun was a Ruger security six wish I had never traded it.:crying:

    Nice Ruger! I second the comment on warnings. One of the worst things Ruger did to some really nice firearms.

    A beautiful handgun indeed.Congratulations on your new aquisition.I had a good friend who was a gunsmith and he made a wonderful handgun for me before cancer took him away.It was a Security Six that he fitted with a 71/2 inch Colt Python target barrel.He also installed a new trigger that is as sweet as any on a Python.It started my love affair with the older Ruger handguns.
