Just enlisted 21K any engineers here

    I was wondering if there was any 21 series on here that could give me an ideal of what a 21K (plumber) is like.

    I recieved a 10k bonus for 3 year enlistment have to go back in as a E4 though.
    AIT will be at Sheppard AFB I leave next month.

    I am prior service 14R served from 98-2002 decided to join back up and finsh my 20.

    I keep thinking of going back in. I got out in 03. I was a combat engineer which is a lot different than a plumber.

    i was a 62E back in the day - - heavy construction equipment operator.

    (think bulldozers, road graders, scrapers, front end loaders, etc.)

    i was in an air assault engineer battalion with the 101st.

    Back home in TX!!
    I was a 12B combat engineer before the redesignation to 21 series. Not too sure what a 21K is with the new system. 12B was mostly about obstacles, 12C bridges, and 12F tracked vehicles like the ACE, CEV, and AVLB.
