    took this middle of the day, unfortunately, so played with a blur layer to give it a little extra

    Since the blur appears to have been applied to the first plan the same as background, what was the intention behind it?

    This was my first attempt at using the Orton effect. I just wanted to see if I could follow the necessary steps. :)
