I keep getting these constantly! I will update Java and it seems 2 days later I need to do it again.

Is this normal for updates to come out super often, or is the install failing somehow so it keep saying I need to update it?

I think there was a problem with the 2nd to last update and the last soon followed. I find it best and cleanest to uninstall Java, reboot, download and install the latest version. Letting automatically update leaves a lot of the old versions behind and they are fairly large. A program called "JavaRa" will remove all old Java files after installing the newest version of Java.

Revo Uninstaller does the best and cleanest job of uninstalling the old version(s).

Thanks, I used both of those tools and reinstalled. Hopefully it will fix the issue.
