That's all I did and it was terrible. My heart wasn't in it. Very disappointing.

Treadmilled for thirty minutes. Five minutes barefooted.
Haven't trained anything for 2 weeks. I have knee tendenitis and irritated cartilage in my right knee. I also have a good case of ten is elbow.
