It's time for Obama to close the corporate welfare fund

    Welfare as we know it is overwhelmingly a multinational corporate problem. But them off from the govt. tit and let them stand or fall in the market place.

    Absolutely! And at the same time, do the same with the elderly and the poor. End Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and all corporate subsidies.

    Fair is fair. End it all. Its time we stop subsidizing poor choices.

    I recall it was Ebeneezer Scrooge who said, in referring to the poor:

    If they be inclined to die, let them hurry up and do it and decrease the surplus population.


    Poor people and old people can be so annoying......

    Socialists tend to favor blurring the lines between moral obligations and legal obligations, between charity and theft.

    Not exactly a one to one comparison. Corporate welfare means JOBS. Social programs means stay unemployed to get the goodies.
