Is there any need for a USP45 tactical if I already have a USP45?

Besides the threaded barrel, are there any significant differences between the tactical USP and the regular USP?

I already have a USP45 and it shoots like a dream and that's the reason why I want another USP to add to my collection. I am leaning towards the tactical as eventually I would like to purchase a suppressor for it but nit immediately.

I am assuming there are no other differences between them besides the threaded barrel, but I want to make sure before I drop a grand on one.

    Thanks

get the suppressor while you still can, then trade 1 for the other

I am going to keep my current USP as I carry it when I am not ccw my G29. I just want to add another HK to my stash. You can never have too many HK's. =)

Good idea though, when I purchase the new one, I'll probably look into the suppressor.

    Thanks

Since you already have the regular USP, have you looked at the HK45? It's an ideal suppressor host.

    I was in the same position as I had a USP45, a USP45 Tactical and a Mk23.
I figured no use to have both the USP45 and the Tactical, cause I don't
    shoot suppressed.

So I sold the Tactical and kept the USP45 and the Mk23.

    I sold the Tactical 45 and bought a USP9mm.

It has a match trigger, threaded barrel, soccom case(should come with it), and Oring on the barrel for tight lockup.

I highly recommend a suppressor for the USP, I barely shoot unsuppressed these days anymore. Its much more enjoyable. Also yes since you already have a USP, why not try the new HK45 and send the barrel to TornandoTech for a extention and threading and add some tall suppressor sights and you'd have a VERY sweet host.

You owe it to yourself to check out the HK 45 but youll most likely want to buy one.

I was about to pay off a P2000 I had in layaway for a week and I changed it to a HK 45c.

Thanks for the replies guys. I ordered the tactical and I'm Picking it up this week sometime. It will go nicely with my USP45.

Next up will be the HK45 or HK45c. I'm trying to build myself a nice little HK collection to go along with my Sigs and Glocks.

Possible in the near future I will pick up a Hk in 9mm considering I have about 1000 rounds of 9mm I need to go through. =)

Thanks again. I'll post up some pics when I get the tac.
