Is it possible to run windowed "windowsXP" on a MAC mini?

    Is it possible to run windowed "windowsXP" on a MAC mini?

    To make this short, I have a friend that has a Mac Mini and wants to run Windows programs.

    Is this a Parallels or VMware thing?

    Yep. You can also use Virtual Box which is free.

    You can run Bootcamp for free - boot into OSX or XP, whichever you want.

    As mentioned, Vbox is an easy way to do it... You'll basically be running Mac and Windows at the same time.... Keep in mind in order to put Windows in Vbox, you'll need a legit copy of Windows.

    Vbox is not good for most Games(3D isn't well supported).. but will work fine for most office programs and other things. If he wants to play games (like WoW, etc..) then he would probably wanna use Bootcamp, and set up a dual boot system.

    Is it an Intel based Mac Mini? Some Mac Mini's are Power PC G4 based.
