    Hi:

Just got in to our long-term rental in Green Valley and now I'm in the process of looking for a place to buy a medium size gun safe (I'll store perhaps 1/2 dozen handguns plus some ammo in it) as well as who to go to for delivery to my home.

Friday I'll head over to Sportsmans Warehouse in Tucson, as I recall that the last time I went there I saw safes for sale.

Anyone have a better (or alternate) recommendation?

    Thanks,

    Rich

Went to Sportsman's Warehouse in Tucson. Great store. We have nothing like it that I'm aware of near me around Cape Cod. Anyway, found a Browning Yukon Gold YG-12 for $550 dollars. Size of the safe seemed right for my needs. Only for storing half a dozen handguns plus ammo and some of our papers. My main concern is to prevent someone on foot carrying my stuff away (seems that around the Green Valley area when there is the occasional burglary that's the MO.) Anyway, I think this safe should serve me well.

Oh, also picked up a Ruger LCP. I'm getting lazier the older I get! Just don't feel like lugging around a real gun sometimes...
