I had a sick feeling when we weren't given good news after the biopsy.

  6. Man I hate hearing this. He was one of the few good humans. God bless his family and God rest his soul.

Okie was one in a million, I've been on quite a few message boards and haven't come across or ever plan to come across anyone like Okie ever again. It's all text and electrons, but after being around and reading his post, you knew without a doubt, he had a good heart. I'll miss him a lot.

    DAMNIT!

that man never had a cross word for anybody no matter how they came at him. he was always supportive, or at least civil.

this is just flat out unfair! i don't like anybody and even i liked okie.

    DAMNIT!

He didn't post great revelations, he wasn't a genious, he didn't make a lot of money or change the world. He just had a kind heart, and it showed in his posts. He had a kind and encouraging word for everyone.

Thats what made him special though! The fact that he would rather hurt himself than someone elses feelings, that was just Mark. I honestly think that GT has lost more than a member, I dont think it will ever be the same, almost like a piece of the soul of this place has been cut out.

The words "too soon" come to mind here.

Maybe this should be stickied for a little while (at least until everyone gets a chance to see)?

I knew he fell, and had problems.
    I didn't know about a brain tumor.

    RIP Okie......
