  Those of you who voted for this idiot should be real proud. I read a quote from him today calling the new Iraq policy an "escalation" and he went on to add any additional funding requested by the President for Iraq should only be allowed to redeploy troops OUT of Iraq. Sounds like he is dedicated to an American victory in the middle east! Sorry, just had to vent when I realized I have to lisen to this clown for at least six more years:upeyes:

Can you explain the differences between Brown and Dewine?

I can! Dewine was the only Republican ever to have been endorsed by the Brady Campaign! Brown doesn't even have that feather in his hat!

    Not much difference.

    DeWHINE was a RINO.
    Brown is a Dummo.

Another ONE ISSUE GOOD.......99.9% BAD candidate elected.
DeWhiner was indeed a RINO and needed to be out of office. Even I, would not, could not and didn't cast a vote for him. BUT, we lose with this 'joker' too! And maybe in a worse way?

I voted for "C", none of the above. DeWine was a joke, however, you have to look into Sherrod Brown's history and his views are very, very left-wing progressive, hippie, liberal. Give it 6 years with this clown and those of us who consider themselves conservatives, I know there is at least two or three other left in this state, will be ready for Brown to hit the road!!!!

About the only good thing I have heard from Brown is that he is against so-called "free trade" agreements, which contribute to slave labor overseas and job loss here.

Everything else, to me, is just as bad as DeWine... which is why I voted for neither.

I couldnt vote for either of these idiots in good faith. I treated this race like the joke that it was and wrote in a vote for Chuck Norris!

The vote in 2006 had nothing to do with the current term, whoever won was going to screw us, period. Instead of holding our noses and complaining about Dewine (again) in 2012, the 2006 vote gives us the opportunity to choose the best pro-gun candidate in the Republican primary of 2012 (or possibly a pro-gun Dem candidate).

Not voting for anybody in 2006 cost Dewine one vote. Voting for Brown in 2006 cost Dewine *two* votes. The vote I cast for Brown wasn't really for Brown, it was taking away two votes from Dewine.

    Pete.

We would have been better off with Hackett, who was stabbed in the back by his own democratic part.

I have to agree. I wish Hackett would have ran for Senate, he would have got my vote. I don't agree with him 100%, but he would have been MUCH better for Ohio and the country than Brown or DeWhiner, IMO.
