So I ended up with this Kimber Royal II. As soon as I saw this thing I wanted it. It has such a pretty finish. I'll probably get the STI Trojan soon but wanted to grab this one first since they're more rare around here. Can't wait to test this thing out....

The fact that you said it has a "pretty finish" should mean you have to send it to me immediately and turn-in your ManCard. :tongueout:

Before youget blasted by all he "MIM" decryers and Kimber haters, let me congragulate you on a real nice lookin' pistol. I've got 3 Kimbers, and am very happy with them all....but I'm Josin' for a Wilson full sized Kobra...either blue, or GEN3 black.

Let us know how it shoots once your done drooling all over it!

Nice find. The Royal is a beautiful pistol. Of the 11 Kimbers I have, the Royal is not one of them. At least, not yet. Again, congrats.

Thanks again Bac. It is in good shape, I bought in NIB. I'm very happy with my purchase. Are they hard to find anywhere else? They aren't very abundant around here.

When I got home I still couldn't stop thinking about the STI Trojan, so I made a trip back to the shop and ordered one..Yikes, the fever is back!

You don't see them in shops much, but I shop for stuff like that on Gunbroker.

    There's usually a decent selection there. :)

Nice Kimber! Those Royals are nice finds when you can get your hands on them.

Oh, and as a Marine, that last pic is blasphemous!
