I bought two Red Ryders on sale at Wally World last month for $17/ea and then read that someone scoped one with JB Weld, since I had every needed, I copied it!

    Here is what I used:

    Red Ryder 70th Anniversary Addition
    JB Weld
    10/22 scope base
    Weaver low rings
    Daisy Powerline 3x9x32 scope

I had everything on hand including a 10/22 base, but it was stainless and I didn't like the look so I bought a black one off of Amazon for $11.

I had to enlarge one of the screw holes on the base to make it fit to the RR stock screw, it was easy and worked prefect.

Including set time for the JB Weld, it took two hour total.

I'll sight it in properly later today but so far, I am tickled pink the way this turned out!
