    A cop told me one night while riding with him on patrol, that if he could not function, if he did not know his wife, his children, could not hold them, to let him go. I promised.

    It is hard...I promised.

    Soon, he'll live in my heart...I promised.

    One night, I promised.

    Thank you all for the continuing prayers...they are helping keep that promise.

    At 1715 on November 18, 2012, Career Police Officer Michael Eugene Nagosky, Chesterfield County PD, passed away.

    Michael Eugene Nagosky, 39, of Moseley, passed in the comfort of family and friends on Sunday November 18, 2012. Michael was a career police officer with Chesterfield County Police Department.

    The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road (Rte. 10). His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m on Wednesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fredericksburg, VA.

    In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to Chesterfield County Police Foundation, P.O. Box 1684, Chesterfield, VA 23832.​

    Family from far away will be coming in for the funeral next week.

    Definitely very sad to hear about the loss, but I'm sure he's in an astounding and beautiful place. Ill absolutely keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers this week. :angel:
