that I need a week off. I just finished my last DL workout before I attempt a new 1 rm. It was supposed to be a taper, but I had a hard time with the last set... 295x6 360x4 405x4. Last week i did 295x6 360x4 395x4 430x4 and 405x4. Today's 405x4 felt a lot heavier than last week's. I have all the other tell tale signs including a cold. Maybe my erector cramps were some sort of symptom too. So, I'm taking a week off of the weights and having 4 or 5 days of light cardio. Next Sat I'll pull a PR.
