    Meat is half Beef and half Pork Minc, Pork fat Milk and Ice, Phosphate, Nitate, Salt and spices, then emulsify, bake 340 degrees for 1hour and half :)

    Looks very good :)
    We do those as well. The one I made is more like cold cut charcuterie

    Yeah. Dutch oven, 'camping style'. That's a patio paver under the dutch oven. Makes clean-up of the charcoal easier.
