I have this handguard so how can I mount something to it?

You could also get KAC "blemished" railed handguards for $150 off the KAC web store. Several people have bought them and posted here that they couldn't even find a blemish on them. They drop in, and are rock solid. Only down side is that they are not free float. There is also the Daniel Defense EZ CAR, and Troy offers a drop-in railed handguard.

As others have mentioned, you can also get MOE handguards and rails for it for pretty cheap.

If you still want to use round hanguards check out IWC http://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/

I have a Troy Battle Rail on my Colt and a MOE on my BCM. I prefer the MOE

I had honestly forgotten IWC made mounts that fit stock handguards. This is another good idea.

You can get rail pieces that will mount in the holes and there are some cheapie triple rail set ups for the M4 handguards. As mentioned the Magpul Moe is an inexpensive option.

In any event I am not sure why you want a pistol grip. I would go with something like a vertical foregrip at the most.
